| Before my Clay fandom, I was very involved in a Highlander fandom. Politics destroyed that community. Debate was bitter, not productive. People were attacked, not ideas reviewed. This community is amazing. Sure, we might slip a toe past the line sometimes, but I've seen more respect on this board than anywhere else poltical debate is allowed. Truly. I think we have truly found a way to argue ideas while still loving people. And yay for us, you know? Anyway, just had to say it...  | |
